Executive Administrator
Provides oversight and approvals of Administrative Operations. Pre-Award functions, Financial oversight and compliance of the Department.

Anna Reinhard
Assistant to the Chair
Provides project management and research administration support to the Chair. Coordinates ongoing collaborations,  schedules meetings and prepares correspondence for the Chair. Facilitates  travel for Chair and lab members. Provides writing and editorial support for the Chair, including NIH biosketches, grant submissions and annual reports. Oversees the Chair's laboratory website and lists job postings for the lab. Acts as liaison for BenefitsOIS, and Payroll for members of the Bahar lab.
Nancy Linderman, M.Ed.
Administrative Manager
Manages human resources, faculty affairs, and visa/immigration processes. Acts as departmental liaison for Benefits, OIS, and Payroll. Responsible for institutional compliance modules, including COI, preventing sexual harassment, and research compliance modules. Ann Miciak, MBA, CFA
Senior Financial Administrator
Responsible for all Post Award functions including continuations, activations, 0136 and 0202's, BMR's, journal entries, and MTA's. Monitors grant levels and communicates information to faculty. Provides purchasing policy guidance. Grant funded purchase approval and Capital purchases. Maintains grant database and compiles grant data for dissemination. Useful Links: NIH Compliance
Adam Kohlhaas, BFA
Senior Communications Specialist & Educational Programs Coordinator
Coordinates the TECBio REU and CoBRA programs. Provides support for the CPCB program and other educational efforts (CSB2).  Creates department marketing materials and compiles the annual report. Updates departmental websites and the CCD, CEBaM, and CoBB websites. Manages department social media accounts (@compbiopitt).
Kristin Pierce
CoBB Masters Program Administrator
Manages all aspects of the CoBB educational administrative activities. Acts as liaison to multiple University offices to ensure the completion of all requirements regarding course creation, interacts with other universities during the recruitment process, and student matriculation to graduation. Develops and updates paper and electronic marketing materials, tracks performance measures of students and monitors expenditures and budgets. Provides support to directors and committees of the CoBB program.
