I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computational and
Systems Biology at the School of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh.
My research focuses on issues in structural biology and bioimaging,
with an emphasis on understanding molecular basis of enzyme function,
establishing organizational principles for conformational ensembles,
mining molecular dynamics simulations for biologically relevant
substates and automated reconstruction of neuronal structure from
histological data.
