Congratulations to Dimitris and Junke for the acceptance of the paper they
co-authored: “A dynamic regulatory model of gene expression changes in differentially affected regions of the human IPF lung”. The paper will soon be published in the JCI Insight. This is an international collaboration to study the progress of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) by examining gene and microRNA expression data from lung samples with different degrees of fibrosis.
