Congratulations Dr. Buschur (thesis defense)

Dr. Kristina Buschur successfully defended her thesis: Unsupervised methods for pattern discovery in high-throughput genomics data. Her work included the development of ssNPA, a new algorithm to assess the gene network deregulation in single patient samples and its application to disease subphenotyping.  Kristina will remain part of the group to help advance some of her projects, before she moves to her new position.

Congratulations, Kristina!
