Congratulations to AJ and our Pitt and MD Anderson colleagues for the latest paper that was accepted today in Scientific Reports! This paper presents the discovery and validation of a PARP1 SNP that is highly predictive of chemotherapy resistance and suggests a new therapeutic strategy using chemotherapy in combination with PARP1 inhibitors.
