Dr. S. Chakra Chennubhotla

Dr. Chennubhotla received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto with a focus in computer vision and machine learning. His Ph.D. thesis addresses the design of graph-theoretic spectral methods for multi-scale feature extraction and data clustering in high-dimensional perceptual (image/signal) spaces. In his post-doctoral work in computational biology at the University of Pittsburgh, he introduced novel information-theoretic approaches for analyzing signal transduction and allosteric mechanisms in biomolecular systems.
